Train tolast longer.

Specific training so you last longer, move better and reach the water at one hundred per cent.

What we do

Paddling, holding a position, turning and getting up again asks for a base that does not build itself. That is what the gym is for: arriving at the session in one piece and leaving without paying for it three days later.

You do not need a background in another sport or any previous experience. Every session adapts to whoever is doing it, and the goal is always the same: last longer and move better.

Living inland has a practical consequence: you do not surf every week. What people on the coast train by surfing has to be trained separately here, and that is why the training room and the surfskate are not extras: they are how you reach the first swell of the season without starting from zero.

It is also the easiest way in. Some people arrived for the maintenance gym with no intention of standing on anything, and ended up dropping into the bowl.

Who it is for

For anyone who wants to last the whole session rather than the first two hours. It is not an aesthetics gym and there are no machines to isolate a bicep: you train what you use on a board.
